I was inspired by a chronology that was done by artist Adrian Piper, initially. However have found that artists and ethnographers use chronicles in many ways. I discovered that they have helped me build narratives in the framework of my films and other media werks.

1954 Born NYC
One brother
Single Mother
Different fathers
we left NY in 1960
I was 5, i think, nearly 6
my brother stayed behind
until we resettled in
Los Angeles.

1967 my mother with my brother on Easter
